Chris King GRD23 Wheelset

The GRD23 Wheelset is built around Chris King's R45D Centrelock hubs, the result of 45 years of experience, laced to Chris King's own GRD23 rims, which have been designed and built to Chris King's exacting standards in collaboration with CSS Composites.
Made from a patented material, FusionFiber™, this rim offers advantages that standard carbon fibre models do not, including the tuneability and perfect degree of flexibility needed to achieve a forgiving feel without loss of performance, especially when fitted with tyres of the recommended 32-45c width. It's also fully recyclable, making it better for the environment in the event of a break – and of course it's covered by Chris King's Lifetime Warranty.
The brand's hubs are distinguished by their wide choice of fun, anodised colours, the famous Chris King bearings that get speedier with age, and in the case of this model a redesigned RingDrive™ system. With its 45 simultaneous points of contact, this offers exceptional traction and power transfer, so that you can ride with confidence.
