Moon’s Meteor Vortex has been designed with ease-of-use and robustness in mind. An Aluminium CNC casing protects the light from overheating, whilst IPX5 waterproofing means getting caught out in the rain is not an issue. At just 120g, riding with the Vortex won’t hinder your progress on the road or trails, either.
USB Rechargeable
Perfect for rapid and easy charging on-the-go, a water-resistant USB charging port means you can boost your battery in the car, at the café or anywhere with the facility to plug in the USB-C cable found in the box. The Vortex can be fully re-charged in just three and a half hours and offers an incredible battery life on all of its various modes. Not sure how much of your battery you have left? The battery and charging percentage indicators help ensure you leave home with plenty of charges.
Quick Release Handlebar Mount
A quick-release handlebar mount is included. Both offer versatile and easy mounting solutions with no tools required and suit various handlebar sizes, respectively.
Variable Lumens System
Find the perfect brightness for your ride with Moon’s Variable Lumens System. Available in all modes except ‘Boost’ & ‘SOS’, you can choose to set your Vortex to between 20 and 700 lumens. ‘Steady flash’ mode offers what it says on the tin, with one beam holding steady and another flashing for added visibility.
A mode memory system means your chosen mode and lumens are already set for the next time you ride, whilst the lock system avoids accidental light activation in your kit bag. Excellent side visibility and a 200m beam distance optimise safety wherever you choose to ride.
