Total Electronic Integration.
By concealing the wiring required for our e-components, this allows the sleek lines of the 856 frame to remain uninterupted.
The cockpit is clutter-free by routing the brakes, lights and controller cables through the bars and stem. The Bosch KIOX is embedded into a detachable cover on the top-tube, and furthermore, the speed-sensor, rear light and Rohloff cables are all integrated through the monocoque frame.
Evari Drive System
The Evari Drive Systems (EDS) is a collection of components, vital for the smooth running of the motor and drive–train.
Designed to provide an effective means of belt retention whilst also providing convenience for servicing or wheel removal. EDS components have been manufactured from Titanium for light weight
Carbon Monocoque
We have used the most advanced manufacturing techniques to create the 856 frameset. This results in a low frame weight whilst providing a stiff chassis suitable for an e bike and ensuring a smooth, comfortable ride.
The 856 Carbon monocoque frameset is the result of years of testing and development to produce a strong, stiff lightweight frame that rides as superbly as it looks.
Evari Series 8 Carbon Rims
Carbon fibre is the logical choice of material to create the ultimate wheelset, but also by designing a wide rim, we can maintain the shape of a wider tyre, thus producing a tyre profile which has a rounded voluminous shape for predictable grip, and low rolling resistance.
Weight: 580 grams, and handbuilt in the UK.
